Shipping, Exchange and Returns Policy
Our Exchange and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since receiving your purchase, we can’t offer you exchange and/or return.
To be eligible for an exchange and return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your exchange and return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without prior agreement.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Exchange
Once your return is received or/and has been inspected onsite, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.
If approved, we will repair or exchange the item within reasonable time depending on the issue.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Payment and Shipping terms
Our sales prices are included VAT but without freight cost from our factory in Bangkok to your home/end destination since delivery cost varies a lot from place to place and also depends on volume. Delivery can be arranged by us and calculated depending on delivery address and volume or can be fully arrange by you and as per your instructions.
